Woke Chicago is a black-led, initiative based start-up formed in response to continued racial injustice in America & COVID-19’s impact on communities of color.<\/span><\/p>\n

We know that consistent meditation and movement practice can significantly improve mental, physical, and social wellbeing. Yet, systemic inequities create barriers to access and not everyone feels represented or welcome.<\/p>\n

Our unity-focused work seeks to disrupt inequity in well-being by creating access to yoga, meditation, and self-care instruction within Chicago neighborhoods.<\/p>\n

Join us for free community yoga 1st and 3rd Sundays at 11 am (currently streaming live, see our website for in-person options). Registration is available on our website.<\/p>\n
