Marsha is an empowering trailblazer committed to intuitively serving clients impacted by complex, workplace, racial, and microaggressive trauma; clients seeking adaptive and accessible yoga; clients of historically marginalized groups; clients impacted by body positivity, inclusivity, diversity, intersectionality, and social justice concerns; clients living with cancer and disabilities; and aging population clients. She offers TCTSY as an integral component of therapeutic weekly offerings: My Body Don’t Bend That Way Yoga, Yoga Therapy for Cancer Survivors and for Behavioral Health clients while working in private practice, yoga studios, and in clinical settings. Marsha is the co-founder of the “No more racial trauma” psychotherapy and yoga therapy support group that fosters a safe, inclusive and healing community for those impacted by racial trauma. She has presented for organizations such as Black Therapists Rock, International Association of Yoga Therapist (IAYT), Aging Matters TV Show, ABC7 news, and the Smithsonian. Marsha is published in Yoga Therapy Today, Global Yoga Therapy and is a contributing author in Yoga Therapy Across the Cancer Continuum with an anticipated release date in 2021. Marsha, a wife of 28 years, is a mother to two sons and a legal guardian to two additional sons thriving after early childhood complex trauma.
