Wanda L. Jordan has always had an interest and love for fashion. In 2015 she decided to take a sales position at a large retail store. There she really began to bloom while assisting customers in styling outfits that would range from everyday casual wear to special occasions. While there she began to dream about having a boutique to stylishly fashion the mature woman. In May of 2020, Elle J. Boutique was born.
