Owner: Laquasha Roache
Laquasha, better known as Quay, is the Founder and Doula of Hibiscus Healing. She is a trained Full Spectrum doula with a passion and special love for postpartum and lactation. Quay is also a mommy to an energetic, charismatic boy.
Quay strives to decolonize and reimagine birth work so that all who experience the reproductive stages of trying to conceive, pregnancy, labor, and birth know there are safe spaces and people for authenticity, humility, and love to thrive together. She challenges societal norms and reminds her families of the power they already possess; to live in their truth and be heard and protected.
Through education, compassion, resources, and more, Quay strives to help improve and be a witness to all experiences surrounding not birth, but parenthood.
