Cookies by Cole began in October 2023 after the owner, Nicole Smith, had continuously received rave reviews from coworkers, friends & family about how delicious her homemade cookies were. From there, she saw an opportunity to provide artisanal cookies to those who enjoy that baked fresh taste in their desserts. While her husband was completing his military tour in Europe, she decided to embark on the journey of completing her dream of owning a bakery. Thus, Cookies by Cole was born!
